Sound Therapy is a deeply relaxing experience that promotes harmony of mind, body, and spirit. Sound Therapy sessions (also known as Sound Bath and Sound Healing) are recommended to relieve stress, anxiousness, relieve depressed feelings, and bring a greater sense of equilibrium.
Sessions last around 60 minutes. Beginning with simple breathing exercises before leading into 45 – 50 minutes of pure sound. Sound therapy instruments are used, some of which can be applied to the physical body, others played around the body in the subtle energy fields and energy centers (chakras).
